Welcome, everyone. I am going to write Vitamins for The Longer and Fuller Hair. Here I want to share a really personal story about a loved one in my family who was losing her hair. That went on for many many months seeing many doctors recommending serums and types of creams and medications and shampoos. You name it she is tried it.

It started getting to a point where I had to do my homework as well. She was fatigued, her immune system was weak had problems sleeping and concentrating, forgetting things. So the blood test report from labs came back and I was right. Her vitamin D level was so low.It was way below the charts we donot get enough sunlight which is preventing our body to produce vitamin D that deficiency that we are having is leading to hair loss.

Vitamin D stimulates the hair follicles to grow and when there is not enough vitamin D. They do not grow they eventually die that has to be the most awful feeling that anyone could ever have to lose their hair and not have it treated correctly. Well, the magic happens her life totally turned around Dr started her on 10,000IU’s of vitamin D within the first couple of days. Her energy continued to rise every day and continue to get better. Thereafter her sleeping habits totally changed and she started to see changes in hair follicles within the first week.

The healing properties will boost your dermatological health applying vitamin E to your scalp helps reduce inflammation, Increases blood circulation, boosts oxygen, supply, and repairs damaged hair follicles. This can be done twice a week to help promote hair growth.

Egg for Better Scalp and Better Hair

Egg treatments can do wonders for your hair. Beat one to two eggs together, apply the eggs to the scalp and damp hair. Leave the eggs on the scalp for about 30minutes. Wash the hair thoroughly with warm water and mild shampoo.

Another method is mixing the egg yolks with one tablespoon of olive oil and 2teaspoons of applying the mixture to the scalp and dry hair, leave on for 15 minutes. Then rinse out with warm water with a mild shampoo. Using olive oil will help promote thicker hair.

Olive Oil For Better Hair Health

Olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids and other nutrients that are essential for overall health. You can heat the oil to body temperature, massage the warm oil into the scalp in the hair, leave-in hair for about 30 to 45minutes. Rinse out the olive oil with a mild shampoo.

Some people add honey to the olive oil and others suggest leaving the olive oil on overnight using a shower cap to cover the hair .

An avocado rub is a great moisturizer filled with vitamin E . Combined the fruit of one avocado with 1TSP of olive oil, apply the mixture to the hair and scalp. Let it sit for about30 minutes, rinse thoroughly with mild shampoo.

Castor Oil for Healthy Hair

Castor oil is also high in vitamin D and fatty acids. And Castor oil is easy to apply to the hair with no preparations. Simply rub the oil over the scalp and hair until the hair is coated, leave the oil on the head for about 30minutes before rinsing out.

Coconut Oil For Hair

Last is coconut oil. This is one of the best oils for penetrating the hair follicles. This means that it gets right into the hair cuticle and repairs damage creating longer-lasting results warm 2tablespoons of coconut oil in a glass dish in a microwave for 15 seconds, massage the heated oil into the dry hair and scalp working through the ends of the hair. Use a shower cap to allow it to soak in for at least 20 minutes shampoo and condition, as usual.
